My problems with nicnatdirect is orders take toooo long and I wasn't given any tracking info, so I was at a lost as to where and when my parcel is etc. I contacted the office numerous times via email one of the reps was no so nice.
The least nicnatdirect can do is inform your customers about the postage, stop leaving your customers in suspense about their item.
Very poor communication skills. As for the length of time orders take my sis order thing twice after me using another company and her thing go to her within a 2 weeks span. I had to wait over a month, to receive mine with constant emailing to get infor about the tracking. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
